Tutorial for material characterization using micro-focus X-ray diffractometry

This is a practical internship program focused on micro X-ray diffraction analysis of materials synthesized by high-pressure experiments.
The internship consists of the following program;
- Understanding the functions and operations of a Rigaku RAPID II micro-focus XRD
- Micro-XRD analysis of materials synthesized by high-pressure experiments
- Analysis of residual strains
